Thomas WOLVERTON (c. 1743-1819) of Sussex Co., NJ, arrived in NB in 1783
with other NJ Loyalists including two sons/brothers of Lt. Col. Joseph
BARTON (c. 1730-1788) of the 1st NJ Volunteers (who settled in Digby,
NS). Looking for information on BARTON and WOLVERTON descendants.

The names Joseph Barton WOLVERTON and James Barton WOLVERTON occur in a
number of subsequent generations. Does anyone have information on a
possible BARTON/WOLVERTON marriage, probably in Sussex Co., NJ before
1780.
