I am looking for any information about Rufus Barton b Sept 18,1812 Otsego
County, NY d April 6, 1884 Detroit KS. Census listed state of birth NY,
but he married Sallie Dutton in Cook Co. Illinois Mar 31, 1838. His obit
listed his birth date as May 19, 1812, but his tombstone lists Sept 1812.
States they moved to California in 1852 for his heath, returned IL in 1857,
and then they moved to Dickinson County, KS in 1880. Any leads would be
appreciated. Thanks
