I have some information on Emmitt (born Missouri in 18 76 ). He was my grandfather. Our line comes from John , George , and William in the Williamsburg area. Emmitts father was Francis, a doctor from the ard Poplar Bluff Mo. His brothers were James , Leon, and two others I will look up. They all remained in Virginia, New York and Maine. I have a number of death certs, land deeds, tax records , and Bibles.
I hope this will help the Query from Clark and the others about this line
