Writing a paper on Carpers and Bartons in Wallowa County Oregon. Information on Elijah Madison Barton (born 1871 in Fayetteville Virginia - died 1953 in Wallowa Oregon) and his siblings and parents is so sketchy. Can anyone help fill in the gaps?? Would love to be in contact with cousins from this line.
