Looking for any information on a Judge Daniel Barton (listed as Judge of the Northern District ?), his daughter married Moses Hurley and they resided in the SouthEastern/ Cape Girardeau Missouri area in the late 1700's. Apparently she died rather young as Moses remarried about 1805 however on the census some children show up, (marks only) so apparently they had one or some before she passed on. Any information on this family is greatly appreciated. Thanks Robin Holt
