Please, Please excuse the duplication of messages. I don't know what
happened. This first one sent was incomplete, and I was off line when I
wrote the message it so I just don't know. It would not have been as bad
had it not been a book!!!!!! I would like to blame this third world
internet connection but it was probably me.
