That is the name of the book I was using "Index to Arkansas Confederate
Soldiers Vol 1, A-G, Page 33.
I found James A Beard by using the Web site for the Texas State Library and
Archives Commission in Austin. I can't find the site at this moment but I'm
sure you could find it. Found a lot of people on it and could order from from
right there. The last time I tried it though my mail bounced back. But AOL
was having some problems at the time.
