I have a simple request for all who extract obituaries from newspapers
and put them on the list server. Recognise that newspapers usually cover
a limited area, so they can assume that the reader knows the location of
a town, county or funeral home. On this list server, that may not be
true. Please add a note identifying the state and country. It would also
help us if any mention of a year used all four digits if there is any
doubt as to the century.

Keep up the good work. Obituaries are very useful in identifying family
relationships.
