Just this weekend I visited my aging aunt who now lives in
my grandparents home, and I was allowed to go into the attic
and hunt for family photos. There seems to be little
interest or concern about all those bits of family history
and memory for the most part. But, I saved what I could. I
transported the photos from a sad looking, old used shirt
box into a plastic container for now.

Then my aunt and I stayed up till 3am laughing and crying
while going through each and every photo.

I'm still hunting for the old family album... which seems to
have been misplaced.. it contains the majority of tin-type
photos.

So, if you are related to my Charleston BEARDs... Good News!
You may now have some awkward hairdos, or strange
expressions you may have to explain!

I can't wait to send a copy of the photo of my cousin having
a tea party with his sister! He's gonna love it!
