Debra,
Usually a "report" is one of a number of possible ways of *displaying*
your data.
The GEDCOM is not particularly associated with the display of data, but
rather with the transfer of data. Most genealogy programs allow users to
export or Save As... a GEDCOM file, which is really just a text file
that is set up in a certain standardized way, that allows it to be
imported into almost any other genealogy program. So your genealogy
application should specifically refer to the file format it is saving,
as a GEDCOM. (Check the help file or manual for mention of "GEDCOM".)
If you get that far, just send it to me as an e-mail attachment, and
I'll take it from there.
If you still can't figure out how to save your data as a GEDCOM, then
send the name of your genealogy program, and maybe I or someone else on
the list can help figure out a way.
