Have a look at the Commonwealth war Graves site
www.cwgc.org
Type in this man's surname and initials of his forenames and any other info.
It will tell you where he is buried and how to get there.

> This is slightly off-topic. Here in Canada, we are preparing for
Remembrance Day. One of the people I work with brought in mementos of his
grandfather, a Canadian who was killed in World War I, to put in our
Remembrance Day display. I owe this person a debt of gratitude for sharing
these items with us, and he is trying to find out exactly where his
grandfather is buried.

this soldier, and only one other soldier (also a Canadian) are buried in the
cemetery in Estourmel, and it seems to indicate that this is in Belgium, but
the only present-day Estourmel that I can find is in France. The papers
were translated long ago from French to English, so I guess there could be
the possibility of an error.

border?
