Hello Yolanda and others,
I see the (?) next to B.M.B.. This means 'Belgische Militaire Begraafplaats'
= Belgian Military Cemetery. The URL of the Belgian War Graves site is
http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/Camp/4403/What.html
Sincerely,

Hello Yvonne,
I can't help you with the newspaper but I can give you a bit of information
about GOMMAIRE EDOMONDUS VAN LOOY. There is a site dedicated to Belgian War
Graves (I believe you can access it through Belgian Roots or Roots Web). I
just happened to download the entire file because some relatives of mine are
listed also. The information they have is as follows:
Van Looy, Gomaire; soldier in the 4é Linie, buried May 4, 1916 in
Steenkerke, B.M.B. (?) in grave number 00280.
There are other van Looy's on the list: A., Constant, Jozef, and 2 Karels.
If they are related to you, I can send the details I have on them also.
Regards,
Yolanda
