Hi,

I wanted to add the following:
- the Roll Call must be posted to the BELGIUM-ROOTS-L mail list
- an emigrant is someone who did emigrate from a locality within the limits
of Belgium today.

With the last line municipalities as Lommel, the "Ost-kantons", etc ... are
included. But emigrants from the Grand-Duchy, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, etc ...
aren't included, although they were for some years part of Belgium.
