Chris the correct name ,in dutch, is as follows...Eekloo, ( provincie van)
Oost Vlaanderen,Belgie

It says clearly that she gave birth at one o'clock in the morning at her
house , within this city , in the Linnedraaijerstraatje ( linnen turner street)
Eekloo is not a district , it is a town (Stad/gemeente) . As such it could
use it's civil registration office for smaller villages in the surrounding
area , but it would state in each certificate where the people involved
where living and as such where the event took place.
