Subject: [BEL-R] Looking for Pierre DION/Marie BASTONGE Family

I am researching the Pierre DION family. Unfortunately I don't know which
city they came from. I do know that this family original was from Paris and
moved to the south of Belgium sometime during the mid 1800s. Presently I am
trying to locate the city and the rest of the family.

Other facts that I have are as follows:

Jean Eugene Royere (Listed below) may have been born in Sedan France
Siffren Royere was born in La Madeleine France (which Madeleine is not
known)
Honore Dion also used the name Henri. Honore was a gardener and supposedly
worked on the royal gardens of Belgium. Honore left Antwerp with his family,
including his sister-in-law Gertrude Ramaker, and moved first to Canada then
New York.
Clara and Eduorad Lescrauwaet are Honore's stepchildren. Both stepchildren
used the surname DION. Eduorad may have moved or stayed in Maine, USA
Hyacinthe Dion attended Academy - which one is unknown.

Honore DION and his sister Desiree DION ROYERE moved to Woodhaven, Queens,
New York (part of Long Island). Many of their family worked for La Lance and
Grosjean's Agate Factory. Honore in his later years lived in Yaphank, NY
