Some Blanchaer(t) family members in Belgium have suggested changes on my
website <http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~blanch/SomeBlanchaer(t)s>; which they
have downloaded to their Windows computer from
<ftp://ftp.cc.umanitoba.ca/pub/racso/SomeBlanchaerts.exe>;.
Would it be possible for them to replace a specific file of that website on
their Windows computers with a new version of that file sent as an
attachment? If so, could the instructions they need be written in a form
like those provided for downloading the website at
<http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~blanch/SomeBlanchaer(t)s/download2.htm>;?

I would appreciate receiving suggestions for such instructions useful for
relatively inexperienced Windows computer users. Thanks!
