Hi Hubert,

It's great to hear that certificate request policy of towns and cities is
sometimes moving towards "genealogist friendliness".
Now if they could only start with a government supported and funded scheme
to put all data which is legally accessible to anyone, on the internet. Just
like in the Netherlands, where searching the "Rijksarchiefdienst"
(http://www.genlias.nl, also available in English version) is a dream come
true. And for free.
