Hope to find links with my Bell family, looking for Edward Bell Born 1835
Eltham, feel sure that his Grandparents were Thomas and Sarah. Edward
married Emma Skinner who was from Brixton. Edward and Emma had the Post
Office in Shooters Hill from about 1864 to 1874 Edward was the Postmaster
there during this time. Edward and Emma then moved to Islington

this was taken from the 1871 Census
Emma Bell age 30 Born Brixton Surrey
Kate Bell Dau age one, born at Shooters Hill
Alice Edwards niece age 14yrs (presume Emmas niece) Born Brixton.

1881 Census
Edward Bell 46yrs B Eltham
Emma Bell 40yrs Brixton
Kate Bell Dau 11yrs Plumstead
Florence Bell Dau 9yrs B Plumstead
Earnest Bell Son 4yrs born Islington.
