Hello list. Is anyone on this list researching the Paul Tidd family? I have a
Court of Common Pleas article, a Suit filed Jan. 23, 1843. Estate of Paul
Tidd, deceased. Petition to sell land. by John B. Addix admr. versus Wm.
Tidd, Wm. Cox and Catherine his wife, John Tidd, Charles Tidd, David Tidd,
Thomas Graham and Elizabeth his wife, Julianne Bell, dau of Washington B.
Bell and Juliann Bell, his wife, Juliann Willis, and John her husband.
Another record states that John and Julia Ann Willis are the heirs of Henry
Mowder, who is proven to be Julia Ann Willis father. Also searching for the
name of Henry Mowder's first wife. He is said to have three, including an
Agin/Kidwiler, Elizabeth I think.
I am searching for the relationship of Julia Ann Willis to these
people, and how she might be related to them. I know of no relation to Tidds
or Bells in the Willis family and I have it pretty well done. Any help at all
would be greatly appreciated. I am always glad to share. Martha Cross Sargent
