Message Board Post:
I have found found out that George T. BIGGS' spouse, Ann Marie, is a CRIGLER. That makes sense and is why her dad, sister and niece are in their home in 1850 (though I am still not sure why Rebecca Everhart Crigler Bowen's husband, George Walker Bowen, is in his parents home in Culpeper in 1850).
I found George, Ann and family in 1870:
1870 Federal Census - West Virginia
Ohio County, Liberty Township, Wheeling P. O., pages 3 & 4;
Enumerated 24 Aug 1870 by Simon C.? McColloch.
Lines 39-40 & 1-4, Dwelling & Family #28:
Biggs, George, 45, M, W, Farmer, Value of pers. prop. = 200, b. VA, U.S. Citizen;
----- , Ann, 43, F, W, Keeps House, b. VA;
----- , Lizzie, 18, F, W, At Home, b. VA, attended school;
----- , Emma, 16, F, W, At Home, b. VA, attended school;
----- , William, 14, M, W, At Home, b. VA, attended school;
----- , Jacob, 9, M, W, At Home, b. VA, attended school.

I cannot find them so far in 1860 nor 1880 - will keep checking. Although the BIGSS are an allied line by marriage I am still interested in additonal info on them if this reosnates with anyone~
