Thanks so much for the information...I have a copy of Joseph & Clara's marriage license...found at the Oceana County Courthouse in Hart, Michigan...I don't find Joseph on any US Censuses until the 1910 Census and then he crossed over a year later...I'm assuming when his birthday is by calculating his age at the time of marriage and at the time of death...both indicated that he was born 13MAR1862...I haven't been able to determine when he immigrated to the US or how or what port he used...he could have crossed a numerous places without going thru Ellis Island...I love history but this is starting to get on the nerve...lol...been searching for over 20 yrs for info on him...but...again...thanks so much for your help it is greatly appreciated...
