Colette Yvonne Bills, age 81, a resident of Kingsville, Tx. passed away Friday, June 11, 2004 in Kingsville. Born July 3, 1922 in Breese, Ill. to Joseph Edward Sherwood and Josephine Bingham Sherwood, Mrs Bills, a homemaker served in the US Navy Waves during WW 11. Durning her early years she assisted her mother in operating the Sherwood School of Dance In Breese, Ill, She was preceeded in death in Oct. 1988 by her husband James Bills Jr. Mrs Biills was also preceeded in death by two daughters, Sharon Bills and Stephanie Bills. Mrs Bills is survived by one son, James Lincoln(Tracey) Bills of New Orleans; three daughters, Susan(Dennis)Gallagher of Oregan City, Oregan; Sandra K. Bills of Corpus Christi, Tx..and Sally(Frank) St.Jacques of Fort Worth, Tx; one sister Loyt Earnhart of Ill. and 5 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday July 14. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Chaplain Gary Heatherly officiating. Burial with Military honors provided!
by the Veterans off Kleberg Co. Military detail will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
