Tammi,

I'm related the Binkley's who came from PA to around Phillisburg, OH in Clay
and Randolph Twp. You might want to contact the Brookville Historical
Society in Brookville, OH. They have some Binkley records/pictures from the
area. I'm not familiar with this particular line. Might check the
newspaper clippings at the society for family connections. There was lots
of Jesse Binkley's in the Clay Twp. area.
