Hi Glenda,
Yes he did it would appear. I found his will at this World Connect Website,
as well as the will of his son Thomas who according that fellow's info
remained in Delaware.

Note: Francis is a GIRL (daughter). There is no son Francis named. Thomas
is not identified as "son", but that could be an oversight.
