P. 118. March, 1791. On the motion of Skelton Taylor, a deodemsis is
awarded to him to take the deposition of Francis Bird on all? per said Taylor
v. Farlee.

P. 121. March, 1791. On the motion of John Hook on reading the orders of
yesterday, for the taking of the deposition of Francis Bird Taylor v. Farlee,
to have the same erased, it is ordered by the court that the same stand,
without alteration.
