There is a Port Dalhousie in Ontario. It is now more or less a
suburb of St Catherines in the Niagara Peninsula and fronts on Lake
Ontario. There is, or was, (I can't always keep up with the present trend
of downsizing), a paper mill in St Catherines, not that these are
uncommon in this part of the world. No Bisset(t)s listed in the phone book
either, just a J. Bissette, so it doesn't look too promising, but hey!,
who knows? Regards.
