Dear Don,
Keep a copy of your old version in case of problems but then just download
the latest version and install that. Make sure you have at least two backups
of your data before you start downloading the new version. If you do not
have the data files on the Drive you save the new version to use one of the
backup copies of the data and when the program files are installed just put
the floppy with the backup on it into your drive and go to File Restore
Backup Files. This will allow you to load the files back to the program.
When doing the backup make sure that any photos or text files that are
connected to your data are also on the backup or make a copy of them so they
can be reinstalled on the new drive as well.
If you have an older version of BK on the drive you want to use you can
safely download and install the latest version over the current one. Just
use the precaution to backup first.
