Hi,

since d/l and installing the BK5W 02 Nov version today,
I am getting a "run around" when trying to access the
program. When I click on the icon, it appears to try
to go to dos, flipping through several screens and then
saying (in DOS)"insufficent memory". Nothing else has
changed in my system. I have since uninstalled,
reinstalled the 13 Oct version (which had been working
fine)but now it does the same thing, and I have also
closed and restarted my computer several times, hoping
the registry will find the problem - no luck

any suggestions for some gurus?
