Have you tried this to see if it helps? It helps in most cases. Please
try it.
Go to:
Start
Settings
Control Panel
Display
Settings
Advanced Properties
Performance
Hardware Acceleration
Set to None (As opposed to Full)
Apply
Restart Computer
If you have an older version of Win 95 then pick
Start
Settings
Control Panel
System
Performance tab
Graphics
Hardware Acceleration
Set to None (As opposed to Full)
OK
choose Restart Computer when it asks
Someone also asked if they can go back to an older version of BK.
The way to do that (if you have an older BKSETUP.EXE) is to delete the
BK5W.EXE program file and then run BKSETUP and it will install that
version.
However, please try the above procedure to stop any lockup.
