Don, My newest version of BK for Windows, that last upgrade, reads all of
my text that has been written in Word 6 and now Word 98. It also reads
some I wrote in a word processor no longer used by anyone I know, but it was
a very popular one when BK first came out. It was Professional Write. The
only thing it won't read for me is what I put in Notepad.

I believe the original question was that he had the old files in Word
format. I don't think the built-in editor for BKW will read native Word
documents.
