When you change the language in BK5 from one language to another, the
program looks for a .WRD file and if it finds it, it will change the Field
Names to those words.

Look at ENGLISH.WRD for a sample.

If you do not want the default names, then edit each .WRD file and enter
the words you want.

Then when you change languages in BK5 it will change the words to what you
have in English.wrd or Dutch.wrd or whatever.

Currently there is not a way to move REF to Nickname.
