OK, if you have a current version then try this.

Set the option to NOT print the notes for anyone.

Then pick Preview and see if you can display the report.

If so, then turn on the Notes again, and set the number of generations to 3
and preview, then 4 and preview and so on.

Try to find out which generation has the notes that causes the problem.

Be sure all notes are in text format, not in Word or Word Perfect format.

If you can not find the problem or if the problem still happens with notes
turned off, then if possible, make a compressed backup of your data and
also backup the notes and send me the backup on disk or CD and I will find
the problem and fix it.
