When I try to create an alphabetic list on the database, I am getting the
error:

BKPerson.dt6, key value not found, btrieve error 4, xcode =1

I downloaded the full program and re-installed but still get the error.

Do you have a solution or some other diagnostics I should try.

After you make a Backup, pick File, Quality Check.

Let if fix any error about person number 1 only.

If you still have a problem after that, tell me if you get an error if you
do a List, Numeric List with the same field numbers.

If Numeric Report works ok, but Alphabetical Report does not, then go to
File, Options, RTF/Other and on the line about Sort problems, put 9 at the
end of that like then pick File, Save and Close.
