Hello all-

I was using the Ancestor Chart feature, and after printing a chart found
the
program stuck in the Ancestor Chart mode and wouldn't go back to the
regular BK
menu screen.

In Ancestor Chart mode when I selected File, Close, BK took me to the
"Select
Person" screen. Whether I clicked Cancel or actually selected a person and
tried File, Close again, BK every time returned to the Ancestor Chart mode.

Even clicking the Windows red X botton did no good. The only way out was
to
use the Windows Task Manager to kill the program!

This was all after saving the ancestor chart to an RTF file only.

Interestingly, I can't duplicate the problem.

Any other users seen this problem?

I have not heard of that problem before.

If it happens again, tell me how you got to the Ancestor chart in the first
place. Did you start at the Edit acreen and pick Reports, Ancestor chart,
or did you start at the "welcome to Brother's Keeper" screen and pick
Ancestor chart from there.

Also if it happens again, click on the main person (person number 1) on the
chart and see if it jumps to the Edit screen.
