I always choose Include All Events.

I just did a test, with myself. The Marriage field entered was just
'Married', and that showed on the Family Group Sheet with the details. I
then changed the field to 'Married (religious)' and the ensuing FGS did
not show anything about the marriage, just the husband's name.

Just to clarify this: on the "Fields to Include" tab there is a large
button on the right. You can set it for Basic events only or for the New
events. If you set it for New events, then in the middle left is a list of
about 100 events to pick from on the left and on the right are the events
that will print. In the box on the right of events to print, do you have
"Married (religious)" in that box?
