That type of problem could happen if you accidently copied an older version
of the BKSOURPT.DT6 file over a newer version.
Did you recently move your data files or Restore them from a backup disk?
Is it possible you did not correctly move or restore all 9 of the data
files?

If you have not done something like that recently, then run the File,
Quality Check to see if that helps. If that does not help, let me know and
I will tell you how you can copy your database and try to fix that problem.
