If you want to spend only $60 bucks for a PDF writer, I would suggest
PDFWriter. See:

And for a reader, I suggest the FREE FoxIt Reader. It even allows
writting on a pdf file: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php
