I figured out what was going on. Seems my PDA will hold more than one
database of information. The first one ever loaded was the one that kept
showing up when I opened PAF. When I was creating new files each time, I
was naming them with the date (mainfile_12Oct2004, mainfile_7Mar2005,
mainfile_13Sep2005). It kept opening the 12 Oct one.

I stumbled across this when looking through things to delete off of it to
make more space. It's an old Sony Clie SJ20. I could find no way to
select to open the current one so I just deleted the two oldest ones.

Thanks for all the suggestions. As you can see, I don't use it very often.
