My thought would be, since these are becoming so affordable, I'd save
your first back-up, then get another to do future back-ups, deleting and
re-writing.on that one.
Ain't they wunnerful? I move stuff from computer 1, to computer 2, to
my laptop, (which I take to family reunion)
I have not heard any feed-back from any storage gurus about the
longevity of the media, however........(vis floppies, that is...)
