I would use a custom report: Field 91 (Comma Delimited File), Field 90
(Married People Only), Field 4 (Sex), Field 3 (Name), Field 19 (Spouse)
then import into a spreadsheet or database, sort on sex, delete all the
females in the Name column (Leave them in the spouse column), and you have
what you want.
