I like to have the entire database, pictures, and other files backed up each
time. If you only do the new each time, there may be a full back up that
was corrupted several times back, and now you have lost it.

When backing up data, is it possible that only the new items since the
last back up are actually added to the back-up folder? As it is now,
everything, text, media, pictures have to be backed up in order to
complete this task.
