I think that we should "appoint" Celia for another year as official
webmaster, IF Celia wants to be appointed.

A "committee" should be more that one person and a backup. Maybe we need to
ask if anyone else in the project is interested in being a part of this
committee. I am not sure how we would go about doing that unless we sent a
message to all of the county coordinators and state coordinators to see if
we get any response.

I agree that the NC should have the pw and access in case of emergency.
But, the NC already has enough to do. I think that a second person on the
committee should have access so that the NC shouldn't have to be concerned
about it.
