I wasn't suggesting that we appoint without asking her, but saw no reason
to ask her if she would stay until I found out if the board was in favor of
her staying <g>

LOL... didn't plan or expect to have that first conversation with the
ground <g>. I'm coming along pretty well considering what happened. Am
black and blue and green and yellow and purple down my whole left side,
scrapes and scratches everywhere else, foot still swollen a little, and
hurt in places I didn't know I had. Howard said I was dragged between 10
and 15 feet under that blasted thing, so feel very lucky that it wasn't
much worse... like maybe meeting my maker.
I think it's a good idea that someone else on the board also have all of
the pws etc and the power to step in just in case, and hereby nominate
Maureen Reed. <ducking>
