On 9/28 I sent this message to the list in hope that we could address it
informally. I have yet to see any response and therefore, respectfully

This is my ANSWER and NOT the board's:
The RootsWeb person is on the Board-l maing list as a non-voting technical
consultant responding only to board questions. At least I don't recall
Karen ever (in a year and a half) addressing any issue that was not
addressed to her.
I would not, necessarily,expect a resopnse to this on the all list.
I will forward you question to the board list as a formal request for info
from a "constituent."
Too which, I trust, you will recieve a formal reply.
