I'd have no objection. In reading the material on the above site I found
that they were (as RRO) unnecessarily complex in their attempt to cover all
contigencies. I suspect that we could develop a simplified version for our
use, understanding of course, that these are guides to operation and the
flow of communication and do not (except for timing etc.) supercede RRO.
