In the abscence of a chair I move to call the previous question regarding
the election of Betsy Mills to serve as temporary chair to preside over the
acceptance vote on the resolution regarding Nancy Trice's resignation and
the nomination and election of a temporary National Coordinator.
The above has been seconded by Kim Myers.
