Some statistics.. I'm leaving the NE/NC CC Representative race
out, however I did count the NE/NC region in the NC race.

Please remember, that duplicates were removed from the lists, so
the total for the NC race is not the same as the totals for all of the
regions would be..

People who have counties in more than one region are only on the
NC list once.

People who have counties in more than one state in a region are
only on the regional list once...
