Ginger... Tombstone does not have a separate directory for the files.
You must be getting the html's mixed up with the actual data.
All the cemetery files submitted to the Tombstone project are uploaded
to the ftp:/pub/usgenweb [USGenWeb Archives] directories, under the
appropriate state/county/cemetery directories.
