Bridgett. that was NOT a stab at you... I only used
the TNGenNet, Inc. bylaws because they were "there".. and
I tell you.. I had a hard time trying to find
something to use as an example... The only thing I
could find was the "the" instead of "The". Those
bylaws are well-written.
