A quorum has been reached with 13 members voting - the amendment to Motion
99-6 passes 12 - yes, 1 - no, 2 not voting (Kim Myers - Jan Craven).

Now that the amendment has passed, please vote on the Motion 99-6 which is
to accept the resignation of Jan Craven as Archives Rep plus the amendment
just passed.
